Don Chilio is the chili crisp and salsa macha brand from brothers Mauricio & Diego De La Torre — born around their abuelo's table in Mexico City, where the food was spicy, the laughter was loud, and "just try it" was the only rule.
Founded March 9, 2017. Every jar: 100% olive oil, real Mexican chiles, no shortcuts.

Hey, we're Mauricio and Diego — brothers, chiliheads, and the guys behind Don Chilio.
It all started around our family table in Mexico City, where abuelo would lovingly serve us foods most kids wouldn't even look at — much less take a bite of. Mouths burning, foreheads sweating, raucous laughter all around. And most times? We went back for more.
Abuelo's "just try it!" sparked something that never went away.
We created Don Chilio to share that feeling with you. Every salsa macha and chili crisp we make is crafted with no limits — built on the world's best chilis, made with 100% olive oil, and designed to add insanely delicious heat and crunch to everything from tacos to lo mein to pizza.
