At that table, our grandfather lovingly served two young boys foods most kids wouldn’t even look at, much less take a bite of. Mouths burning, foreheads sweating and raucous laughter around the table, most times, the boys went back for more. The adventurous thrill and abuelo’s “just try it!” egging on sparked their inner foodies and the biggest chili heads were born.

Years later, Mauricio and Diego De La Torre are still discovering, exploring and sharing their love for exciting flavorful food, especially chilis. The brothers created Don Chilio to bring out the best in chilis from around the globe for a culinary adventure like no other.
