In-N Out style fries

 

Ingredients: Qty
Potato fries 300 g
Butter 20 g
White onion 50 g
Salt 1 tspn

 

Dessing:

Mayonnaise 15 g
Ketchup 15 g
Mustard 10 g
Pickles 10 g
Mozarella cheese 20 g
Garlic powder 1 tspn
Don Chilio™ - Chile crisp (any type) 1 jar

 

Preparation:

1. Cook the potatos until crisped and golden (air fryer is better).

2. Add the butter to a hot pan and add the chopped onion and cook until golden.

3. Add salt to taste to the fries.

4. For the dessing add the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, pickles and garlic powder together and mix very well.

5. Put the fries in a plate add the cheese on top, the dressing, onions and finish with Don Chilio™ Chile Crisp.
