Crispy Potatos


Ingredients: Qty
Potatos 300 g
Lemon 1 piece
Cilantro 20 g
Don Chilio™ - Chile crisp (any type) 1 jar
White onion 30 g
Salt

 

Preparation:

1. Clean and cook the potatos until soft.

2. Add one half chopped onion and cook until golden.

3. Add one branch of chopped cilantro and 1 half lemon.

4. Add everything together on a hot pan and crisp until golden.

5. Add Don Chilio™ chile crisp oil to a pan and cook them until crisped.
